Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

2. Description of Service

get-dream.ai provides AI-powered virtual companions ("AI Companions" or "Characters") for conversation, entertainment, and companionship purposes.

Service Features Include:

• Text-based chat with AI characters
• Voice message capabilities (Premium)
• Video chat interactions (Premium)
• Character customization options
• Memory and personality systems

Important Notice: AI Companions are artificial intelligence programs. They are not real people and cannot form genuine relationships, make decisions, or provide professional advice of any kind.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• You may delete your account at any time through Settings
• Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to circumvent payment or security measures
• Reverse engineer or modify the AI technology
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to generate prohibited content
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts

Consequences: Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Content Ownership

Your Content

• You retain ownership of any content you create or upload ("User Content")
• By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process your User Content to provide the Service
• We will not share your conversations or personal data with third parties (see Privacy Policy)

Our Content

• All AI-generated content, character designs, software, and Service materials are owned by Ineffaceable Enterprises
• You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service

6. Payment and Billing

Subscription Plans

• Monthly and annual subscription options available
• Prices displayed in USD (US Dollars)
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Automatic Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• You will be charged the then-current rate for your plan
• We will notify you of price changes at least 30 days in advance

Payment Methods

• We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred

7. Cancellation and Refunds

How to Cancel

• Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access until the billing period ends

Refund Policy

• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase
• Refunds after 30 days are at our sole discretion
• Banned accounts are not eligible for refunds

How to Request Refund: Email billing@get-dream.ai with your account email, reason for refund request, and purchase receipt/transaction ID.

8. Prohibited Uses

The Service may NOT be used to:

• Generate Illegal Content: Content depicting illegal activities, exploitation, or abuse
• Create Harmful Content: Content promoting violence, self-harm, or terrorism
• Violate Rights: Content infringing on intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Distribute Malware: Viruses, worms, or malicious code
• Manipulate the Service: Hacking, botting, or automated access
• Engage in Fraud: Payment fraud, identity theft, or scams

Reporting Violations: If you encounter prohibited content, report it to abuse@get-dream.ai immediately.
